A truly remarkable mural - seems to be a lot of symbolism in the scenes - not just decoration. A great capture. Yes - the car does seem to belong in the scene - and why not given the mix of themes there. Well done on a great series!

In PS CS5 "Content-Aware Fill" is the new technique that does the trick. Very easily. I meant this as a joke, actually, because your motive would be VERY difficult for the tool to "fill" or "heal". But after now seeing some demos I really think you should have a try. The Content-Aware Fill feature has even been built into PS Elements 9! See these small videos:

I took the liberty of doing an example now on your photo. I used Photoshop Elements 9/Spot Healing Brush with Content-Aware. I did nothing but paint over the car roughly. Pretty amazing, isn't it? But for a better result it is needed to use e.g. the Stamp Tool in about 200% magnification to correct badly processed pixels. I did this on my own photo with electrical wires, where I also linked to the original photo.
