Ford 641 Workmaster

Posted by
Don Levesque (Saint John, Canada) on 16 July 2011 in Miscellaneous and Portfolio.

Built between 1957 -1962 by Ford at their Highland Park, Michigan, USA factory, the 641 Workmaster was originaly sold for $3,096 USD (1961).

You had a choice of either a Ford 4-cyl gasoline, a Ford 4-cyl diesel or a Ford 4-cyl LP (propane) gas. Engines had 48.4 hp [36.1 kW].

Transmission was a 4 speed. Steering was manual but you could get power assist which was optional.

Through the years, the weight of the tractor changed from 3291 to 5523 pounds (1493 to 2505 Kg).

This one I found on display on a farmer's lawn.
