Experimenting with a mix of filters and add-ins.

NIKON D3000 1/40 second F/5.3 ISO 100 45 mm

Other than the 'noise' on her face, I really like this processing ... it's always a series of compromises with filters. ;D

@Judy aka L@dybug: I agree. I tried removing the noise with a couple of filters but the photo came out horrible.

what i wonder is, are these voluteers or employees or a mixture of the two?!?

@franz: Thanks franz! Most are employees, the older ones have been working there for a long time. From late spring to the end of summer, college students are hired and during the summer vacation, they also have kids around to add more realism.

ps ... i try to avoid noise as much as i can, normally, but in this case i like it as it has this 'antique' touch to it ...
